jmail continue or submit?

I'm trying to build a website for a restaurant that takes orders online. There won't be any payment processing - just filling out a form for what you want.
I'd like to make it where the site visitor chooses "meal 1" and then can either submit the form or continue to "meal 2" and so on.
Any ideas on how to do something like this in jmail?

oh - also would like to display only those fields that are filled out in the email sent to the restaurant. If the site visitor does not want Soda then Soda should not be listed in the form with a blank entry. |
