Include virtual problem

Hi all.
Pretty sure this have come up a few times, but I didn´t find any old posts with a solution that helps...
I´m currently working on a project which contains files with a virtual include path. Changing the paths to a absolute path with cut ´n paste is way too much of a job since it´s quite a few pages... And kind of a drag if missing to change back to a page or two.... I've tried everything I´ve come up with, but no change. Is there anyone who had the same problem with this, without changing to an absolute path?
